The answer is not one material but three things together: heat-control glass, ventilation at the top, and shading. A glass room built without an opening roof vent or an under-roof blind sits closed all summer. We prefer to say this upfront.
The frame is aluminium and the profile should be thermally broken. Ordinary profile condenses on the surface in winter, and water collects along the glass edge in the mornings. A thermally broken profile largely stops that.
Do not go below double glazing. Triple glazing gets chosen on villa projects and you feel the difference in winter, but it lifts the cost noticeably. In the Bodrum climate double glazing is enough for most jobs.
