Pamay Yapı is a Bodrum workshop. We make and fit glass balconies, PVC windows, shutters, insect screens, pergolas, glass roofs and balustrades. Gümrah Pamay runs it. He takes the measurements himself, and the same team that measured does the fitting.
We keep our own workshop, so the cutting and assembly happen here rather than at a supplier three towns away. That is the reason we can go back and adjust a door two weeks after handover without turning it into a project.
Bodrum decides a lot of what we recommend. Salt eats rollers and fixings on the coastal strip, so we fit 316 stainless there and say plainly when a cheaper part will not last a season. The afternoon meltem loads an open sash harder than people expect. And a summer house that stays shut from October to May comes back to gaskets that have dried and shrunk, which is why so much of our spring work is service rather than new fitting.
One thing we will not do is quote a square metre price over the phone and then change it on site. The number depends on glass thickness, profile brand, how many sashes come out and whether the balcony is square or stepped. So on the phone we give you a range from what you describe. If the range works for you, we come and measure, then put the real figure in writing. The survey costs nothing.
